In Bellevue, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Washington, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Been going off and on for a few years to this place and the quality has gotten drastically worse. Clearly missed spots on the windshield and parts of the interior were still dusty. The most egregious offense was that the wheels were barely cleaned. The barrels weren't touched and I could still actively wipe off dirt from the spokes with my finger. I used to work at a detail shop and I know it is hard work but it is clear there is zero quality control and nobody is double checking each other's work. For $120 I expect a wash better than what I could do with a bucket in a Brown Bear wash bay. I made the mistake of paying and tipping up front. Very disappointing as this location used to do a great job. I'll explore other detailers going forward.

Today I went for a car wash (wash and wax) at a place I used to like a lot and been going to for quite a while (4-5 + years). Unfortunately, the experience has been less than comparable to +1 years before. The guy (Alberto) picking up the car acknowledged the few minor requests I made at the beginning (rims, inside of the windows etc), yet when he returned the car: (1) carnuba wax had not been applied (although included in the package) and (2) the rear window area had not been cleaned at all (dusty speakers/ window visibly untouched). He took the car back to apply the wax and still returned it with the uncleaned rear window. Great that Pierson (Salon Receptionist) was there to finalize the job of the car wash team. Pierson also was generous enough to offer this car wash for free, a gesture which I appreciated. Furthermore, the one aspect that surprised me (negatively) from the beginning was that the waiting room windows were tinted (were not last time I came) to obstruct owners from seeing their cars being washed. So I chose to wait on the floor above where the windows were not tinted, which was the only way i could notice that they "forgot" to apply the carnuba wax. The very fact

Iβve been using Park Place auto salon for the last several years, I just brought my Range Rover in for its midwinter cleanup. Their attention to detail is better than anywhere else I have found, and they take care of my entire collection. These guys ROCK!

Look at their car wash quality (3/26/2026). I canβt believe I paid for the premium service. My car would been cleaner if I drove on freeway in the rain.

Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.
